You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, brand labels, and plastic seal must be intact

Exchange Options

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or color of the same product

  • Subject to stock availability

How to Request

  • Submit your request via our Exchange Portal

  • Provide a valid reason + image proof

Processing Time

  • Requests are reviewed within 2–5 business days

  • Approval is subject to internal quality checks

Exchange Fee

  • A ₹149 processing fee is applicable

  • Payment details will be shared via email after approval

  • Share payment confirmation screenshot on the same email

Pickup Process

  • Pickup will be arranged after payment confirmation

Pickup Timeline

  • Pickup will be arranged within 1–3 business days after approval

Quality Check

  • Returned products undergo strict inspection

  • Items that are used, damaged, or without original packaging may be rejected

Important Requirement

  • Record a “no-cut” video while handing over the package to the delivery agent

International Orders

  • Returns & exchanges are not applicable for international orders

💳 Refund Policy

Store Credit Only

  • Refunds are issued as a discount code (store credit)

Processing Fee

  • A ₹200 fee will be deducted from returns

Timeline

  • Store credit will be issued within 48 hours after approval
